• Information Provided by Daycare Centers (Our Clients):

  • Administrator Account Information: Names, email addresses, and passwords for designated daycare staff who will administer the service.
• Information Provided by Authorized Users (Parents/Guardians):
  • Account Registration: To create an account, we collect your full name, email address, your relationship to the child (e.g., parent, guardian), and a secure password.
  • Child's Information: We may associate your account with a child’s first name or an identifier provided by the daycare center for the sole purpose of directing you to the correct live video stream.
• Information We Process on Behalf of our Clients (Live Video Streams):
  • Live Video Streams: The core of our service is the transmission of live, real-time, non-recorded video streams from the daycare facility. We do not collect or process any audio. No portion of the video stream is ever recorded or stored on our servers.
• Technical Information Collected Automatically:
  • Log Data: When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web page you visited before coming to our site, and timestamps. This data is used for security and service functionality and is not linked to the video stream itself.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to operate and administer our Service, keep your session secure, and improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some portions of our Service may not function properly.

We take the security of your information and the integrity of our live streams very seriously. We have implemented robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including:
